Fix compiler warnings on Ubuntu Precise. Pull in gmock r408 in the process.

We haven't updated gmock and gtest in a long time. If we pull in the latest
gmock, it in turn pulls in a newer gtest that includes
http://code.google.com/p/googletest/source/detail?r=531.

I don’t see the property update here for gmock, probably because Rietveld or gcl
is awful with properties. Can you show me your svn stat and svn diff?

svn diff shows the same as the raw patch set.
